Climbing Wall Award Assessment (18+ years)
The Climbing Wall Award (CWA) Assessment is for candidates who have already previously attended a CWA Training course. The 1 days Assessment follows a period of consolidation following the 2 day Training course.
The Climbing Wall Award is specifically designed for climbers who wish to supervise and be responsible for groups at indoor and outdoor climbing walls. The Climbing Wall Award covers the supervision and management of top rope climbing and bouldering, and covers techniques such as group supervision, climbing equipment suitability, climbing safety and basic climbing movement skills.
