Enjoy climbing during Rockhopper sessions, but want to do some more? Rockhopper Open Sessions are aimed at existing Big Rock members working towards Rockhopper 2 and above and run every week during term time and school holidays. Visiting youngsters enrolled on the NICAS programme are also welcome to attend.
These fun sessions are ideal for youngsters looking to gain more climbing experience, develop their climbing skills, improve their overall climbing ability and just get plenty of climbing done in a fun and informative way!
Each session lasts for 1.5 hours with a focus on roped climbing. Although formal instruction is not included, these sessions are fully supervised by a Big Rock Instructor meaning advice, guidance and feedback on climbing skills and techniques is readily available. For those seeking bouldering orientated sessions, please see the Rockhopper Bouldering Club run every Friday from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

Price
£10.00 per child.
The price includes entry to the climbing wall and all instruction and equipment required.
Just turn up wearing comfortable clothing.
