Our next 'have a go for FREE' afternoon is on Sunday 3rd June.
Big Rock Climbing Centre run monthly 'have a go for FREE' afternoons, allowing you to experience the exhilarating challenge of indoor climbing.
Indoor climbing offers an alternative and exciting sporting activity for all ages and abilities, and with age appropriate instructional courses available to suit anyone and everyone, Big Rock is the ideal venue for learning and developing climbing skills, keeping fit and having fun. It's a great way to dispel the myth that exercise is boring!
Almost anyone over age 4+ can enjoy Big Rock. You don't need any previous climbing experience or any specialist clothing or equipment. Big Rock can be experienced on your own or with friends and family and offers a fun alternative to the gym, or a really exciting activity for the kids.
If you want to bring the kids to try out climbing, are tagging along with friends or just fancy coming to have a look at Big Rock, spectators are welcome and are free to relax in our excellent cafe overlooking the climbing areas. We even offer a great selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and meals!

Have a go for FREE
Big Rock 'have a go for FREE' afternoons are run once a month and are open to all ages from 4+. These sessions are a great opportunity to try indoor climbing and you don't even need to book! Just turn up wearing comfortable clothing and trainers and have a go! You'll be able have a go climbing up one of the Big Rock climbing walls and will then have the opportunity to participate in a 1 hour climbing session for only £5 if you want to try more climbing!

Where is Big Rock?
Big Rock Climbing Centre is situated in Milton Keynes near the Kingston Centre, a short distance from the M1. The Climbing Centre is next to Tesco and Costco just off Mandeville Drive and is easy to find. Click here for directions and maps.
