Featuring over 1,250m² of top-rope climbing, lead climbing and bouldering, Big Rock Climbing Centre offers great value for money. Regular users can also take advantage of our superb deals on 10 entry passes and unlimited use membership.

The entrance charges listed below are for registered adult climbers or under 18s/novices being signed in by a registered adult climber. Not registered? Please read our registration information. Registration is free and is mandatory if you wish to use Big Rock Climbing Centre.

If you have little or no climbing experience, please refer to our adult courses section or our young climbers section for under 18s.

If you are bringing a group to Big Rock and are providing your own instruction, please see prices for 'group under instruction' and ensure that instructors are appropriately qualified and insured.

We accept most credit/debit cards, subject to a minimum spend of £5.

Young Climbers (7 to 19 years)

Big Rock Climbing Centre runs a series of Climbing Clubs for under 19s. The Clubs are a great way for youngsters to have fun, learn new skills, and develop team work, coordination and self discipline. Please visit the Young Climbers section of the website for comprehensive information.

If you're aged 15-19 you can get involved by joining the 15-19 climbing sessions at Big Rock. All abilities are welcome!

Young Climbers (up to 7 years)

Big Rock has its very own dedicated kids' bouldering area, providing a fun activity area that aims to encourage and inspire kid's enthusiasm for climbing. Schools and Groups

These prices include entry to the wall and all instruction and equipment required, including safety helmets.

£34 per instructor per hour (pro rata for extra half hours) + £5 entry per person

£100 per instructor per half day + £5 entry per person

£150 per instructor per full day + £5 entry per person

Entry price with own instructor is £5 per person.
